Software maintenance and support is available for a fee on an annual basis. Support services are a permanent on-going part of the Value Added Software, Inc. A 1-800 number is provided to all users for reporting of system problems. Value Added Software, Inc. utilizes a system that provides the capability to identify and prioritize emergency calls. Utilized is a call tracking system that allows us to manage and track detail on all calls to insure the quickest turn around possible. Calls are addressed until complete resolution.
