Substitute Considerations

• Does ASAAP allow, at a minimum, the following specifications for each substitute:

• Does ASAAP allow for substitute's preferences or work schedule and is the substitute able to access and modify this information? Including, but not limited to:

• Does the system provide a confirmation number when the substitute accepts a job?

• Does ASAAP allow a blocking capability in each substitute's profile for restricted status?

• Does ASAAP allow a blocking capability in each substitute's profile for inactive status?

• Does ASAAP allow, for each substitute, a scrolling calendar view of the substitute's schedule with a minimum of "Substitute's Status" on a daily basis? Including, but not limited to:

• Does ASAAP allow a substitute assigned to a long-term job to report a personal absence, therefore asking the system to get a substitute?

• Describe what happens in ASAAP when a substitute accepts and confirms a job, and then needs to cancel?

• For each substitute, does ASAAP allow for disqualification from each morning's job offers should certain criteria exceed a specified maximum limit?

• What is the minimum amount of certification fields with expiration date fields for each substitute and does the system check against these dates and restrict job offers based upon an expired certificate?

• Does ASAAP link pay rate based on qualifications for each substitute?
