Yes- This system operates 24 hours, 7 days per week, with the exception of your data system being shut down for any reason. A UPS backup system is provided for the PC. The system automatically retrieves information directly from your database eliminating a need for any type of data transfer or download.

Yes, 24 hours is available whether you host or we host your ASAAP installation.

ASAAP doesn't rely on insecure and time consuming file import and export technologies and ASAAP is completely and fully integrated. When you add or update employee information it is immediately available to ASAAP. No need to maintain "two systems.

Yes- Remember ASAAP does not require exporting data so information is instantaneous. All reports can be printed directly by using the same printing hardware and report menu that you currently utilize for your system. A special unique report menu is also built as part of a function of the ASAAP system.

Yes- A separate PC, monitor, keyboard, and telephony cards are provided with the system itself. ASAAP interfaces with any authorized-user computer networked to your system.

Remember no separate data transfer or extra data entry is required with ASAAP. ASAAP uses the Personnel/HR data directly with no need for import. The system will utilize the data for the Personnel/Human Resources that are established on your existing system. The ASAAP system is set up to match Position Criteria to each employee

Data is extracted from your existing database and is currently available in a variety of user selections built into the ASAAP system, as well as, all reporting capability available with your system. For a unique report request a custom query will be built and provided.

Yes- ASAAP already has remote capabilities built into the product. No extra remote cost or implementation is added to bring on remote locations.

There are no special requirements or environment. The system will need access to analog or digital phone lines. This can be a blend of existing lines going through your current phone system with some dedicated analog lines (as determined by the districts call volume).

Yes, ASAAP will address absences reported by day, morning, afternoon or specific hours in conjunction with your database.

Substitutes can report absences. In addition, substitutes can also call in and retrieve job availabilities. It also provides blocking capability for Principals and/or Administrators for the Schools and vice versa for the Substitutes.

All CIMS or Infinite Visions calendars are accommodated. ASAAP will accommodate all employee types and work schedules as long as they are entered into the CIMS or Infinite Visions data systems.

Yes- ASAAP is totally RULES RUN by the school district meaning the system allows for callout periods up to three (3) different times within the same day. Most districts do anywhere from 5:00 A.M. in the morning till needed and also from approximately 7:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. in the evenings. The district has the option of adjusting the days of calling or times at their discretion.
