•Does ASAAP accept incoming calls at all times, even while printing reports and making daily backup tapes of system files?

•Does ASAAP provide the capability to provide information for reporting and analysis purposes?

•Does ASAAP allow for interfacing with the existing personnel computer system and other computing resources, as well as, programs?

•For each job, the time-absent period for the employee might not match the time-worked period for the substitute. Does ASAAP treat these times as different in all aspects of recording, requesting and reporting? (For example: An employee might be absent all day, but only need a substitute from 1:00-4:00pm)
